Discovery Phase
We consult with you to determine your goals, needs and desires for your project.
The initial Discovery Phase helps us to clearly define the scope of your project and give you an accurate cost and time estimate. During this phase, we meet with you in-person or by telephone to discuss your goals, vision, and business. We’ll request marketing material that you currently use to promote your business. Once the scope of the project is determined, we can create a Project Definition Document outlining all the specifications required for your project along with time and budget estimates.
Design Phase
Based on the information we gathered in the Discovery Phase, we begin designing your project. Our staff will focus on designing a product that is eye-catching, delivers your message and is easy to navigate. An area on our Client Extranet will be set up so you can view the progress of your project. We’ll provide Design Comps for your review. Once the design direction is approved, we can begin the Development phase.
Development Phase
This is where we build your project using the latest Web Standard code. As we build your project, we can send you updates and you can see the progress. If your project is a web site, we optimize it for the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Ask, etc.) and upload it to a test server to ensure that it functions on the target platforms and browsers determined in the Discovery Phase.
Delivery Phase
After the testing is completed and the project has been approved we take your project live. Finally, we submit your website to the major search engines so your clients and customers can easily find your site.
A project “blueprint” is developed through collaboration between your staff and our development team and serves as a reference throughout development. We believe in doing things right the first time, and we know that proper planning is the best way to ensure exceptional results.
